1. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, undamaged merchandise in original condition and packaging.

All returned items must include tags and proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return

Head to Help & Support and select “Return Request.”

Share your order details and reason for return.

A return label and instructions will be emailed to you if eligible.
3. Return Shipping

For returns due to our fault (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

Otherwise, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery.
4. Inspection & Restocking

Once received, your item will be reviewed.

If approved, we’ll issue a refund or exchange (if requested), minus any return shipping costs. Expect this within 5–7 business days.
