Proud of your gear? We are too—but if something doesn’t feel right, we’ve got your back. Here's how to return items smoothly and easily.

1. Eligible Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, undamaged merchandise in original condition and packaging.

  • All returned items must include tags and proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Head to Help & Support and select “Return Request.”

  2. Share your order details and reason for return.

  3. A return label and instructions will be emailed to you if eligible.

3. Return Shipping

  • For returns due to our fault (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • Otherwise, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery.

4. Inspection & Restocking

  • Once received, your item will be reviewed.

  • If approved, we’ll issue a refund or exchange (if requested), minus any return shipping costs. Expect this within 5–7 business days.

5. Exchanges

  • Prefer something else? If in stock, you can opt for an exchange. Let us know clearly what you'd like instead—otherwise, we'll communicate stock options.
