Changed your mind? No problem. Here's what to do based on what you're canceling—merchandise or event bookings.
A. Merchandise Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as long as shipping hasn't started.

To cancel, contact Help & Support or use the Support Ticket feature with your order details.

Once canceled, you’ll receive a confirmation email; refunds typically process within 5–7 business days.
B. Event Booking Cancellations

Events are exciting, but plans change—here’s how we handle cancellations:

Full Refund if canceled 7 days or more before the event date.

50% Refund if canceled between 48 hours and 6 days before the event.

No Refund if canceled within 48 hours of the event.

To cancel, submit a request through Help & Support, including event name and booking confirmation.
C. Processing Cancellations

Upon confirmation, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Timing may vary per provider—typically 5–7 business days.

In rare cases of event cancellation by CCG Athletics (e.g., unforeseen circumstances), you’ll be notified promptly and offered a full refund or alternative.
