Cancellation policy

Changed your mind? No problem. Here's what to do based on what you're canceling—merchandise or event bookings.

A. Merchandise Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as long as shipping hasn't started.

  • To cancel, contact Help & Support or use the Support Ticket feature with your order details.

  • Once canceled, you’ll receive a confirmation email; refunds typically process within 5–7 business days.

B. Event Booking Cancellations

  • Events are exciting, but plans change—here’s how we handle cancellations:

    • Full Refund if canceled 7 days or more before the event date.

    • 50% Refund if canceled between 48 hours and 6 days before the event.

    • No Refund if canceled within 48 hours of the event.

  • To cancel, submit a request through Help & Support, including event name and booking confirmation.

C. Processing Cancellations

  • Upon confirmation, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Timing may vary per provider—typically 5–7 business days.

  • In rare cases of event cancellation by CCG Athletics (e.g., unforeseen circumstances), you’ll be notified promptly and offered a full refund or alternative.
