Refunds are available for unused and undamaged merchandise returned in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, we can't accept refunds for:

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show signs of wear.

Custom orders, event bookings, or sale items marked “Final Sale” (unless faulty).
