The Collective City Games (CCG) – The CCG will be your host for epic athletic battles between cities around the world to decide which is the TOP athletic city. These battles will be between no more than four cities whose most talented women and men will compete over all of the track and field disciplines (with the exception of the marathon). There can only be one winner!
The CCG mission is simply to increase the popularity of track and field athletics.
Our key objectives are:
To bring the competitiveness and passion in track and field athletics to the wider general public thereby increasing the popularity of this great sport
To allow local athletes to be better known within their local area thereby encouraging greater community development and participation at grass roots level and beyond.
To provide additional opportunity for athletes to be paid for their efforts in competition.
