Venue – Birmingham, Alexander Stadium, Teams – Cities invited to compete will be Birmingham, the top 2 teams from Event 1 and either Los Angeles or New York.
When – 5 September 2026 and 6 September 2026.
Each city will be going Head-to-Head, showing their abilities!
How does a city win? Quite simply, the city that earns the most points will be the winner.
Eligibility: Teams will be comprised of around 80 athletes. Athletes competing for each city will be local athletes as they must be born in the city or have lived there for the preceding 3 years to be eligible to represent the city. There will be wildcard places for athletes that don’t satisfy that criteria but wildcards will be limited to a maximum of 6 athletes per team.
Competition will be fierce as the athletes that compete for each city will be the best available in the city and the better they perform, the better their city will do. The CCG has been set up to support and provide benefit to athletes. We are therefore committed to giving 70% of the net revenue to the athletes. This means that 70% of the net revenue from the competition will be paid directly to the competing athletes. The success of the event in terms of numbers of spectators and the athlete’s performance in their event will determine how much an athlete is paid but all athletes that take part will be paid.
An all-day ticket for the CCG competition will provide entertainment of the highest quality with athletes delivering great performances in their events. In addition, there will be live music and other entertainment. It’s a full day’s entertainment — and we’ll look after you!
Morning or Afternoon session tickets will also be available.
